Stage 11 preview
Course: The route departs the coastline and heads inland through the Parc Naturel Régional du Marais Poitevin, a picturesque park known for its marshlands and wildlife. The course encounters some hills as it heads toward Poitiers, a town famous for its university and history. Expect a bunch sprint in the city center.
Favorites: Sam Bennett, Caleb Ewan, Elia Viviani, André Greipel

Jens Voigt’s take: This is a typical sprinter’s stage with not much to say. The best lead-out team will take the day, because with a 1,500-meter straightaway, there’s no time or space to perfectly set up your sprinter. No excuses today, there is space for everyone in the sprint. Who doesn’t win today was just not fast enough. I think Team Jumbo-Visma takes this one.
