Prime Alliance adds Ryan Miller

After getting off to a late start, Prime Alliance continues to round out its team, and on Thursday it announced the addition of 20-year-old Ryan Miller, the 1999 under-23 national time trial champion. In addition to his 1999 title, Miller also won 15 national championships as a junior. The Kirkland, Washington, rider was a member of the Nutra Fig team in 2000.
