PRESS RELEASE – Freire Gomez, Boogerd And Dekker For Rabobank In Tour Of Flanders

The team leaders of the Rabobank Cycling Team, Erik Breukink, Frans Maassen and Adri van Houwelingen, will call Oscar Freire Gomez, Michael Boogerd and Erik Dekker to arms on April 4th for the Tour of Flanders. As the latest winner of Milano-Sanremo, Oscar Freire Gomez will defend his leading position in the UCI World Cup. Freire, Boogerd and Dekker will be accompanied by Marc Wauters, Maarten den Bakker, Karsten Kroon and Steven de Jongh. The team leaders of the Rabobank Cycling Team, Erik Breukink, Frans Maassen and Adri van Houwelingen, will call Oscar Freire Gomez, Michael Boogerd and Erik Dekker to arms on April 4th for the Tour of Flanders. As the latest winner of Milano-Sanremo, Oscar Freire Gomez will defend his leading position in the UCI World Cup. Freire, Boogerd and Dekker will be accompanied by Marc Wauters, Maarten den Bakker, Karsten Kroon and Steven de Jongh. A choice will be made between Robert Hunter and Roy Sentjens for the eighth position. Marc Wauters and Maarten den Bakker will be in the Rabobank Cycling Team line-up for all World Cup classics in the month of April. Besides Wauters and Den Bakker, on April 11th the Rabobank Cycling Team will start in Paris-Roubaix with Robert Hunter, Steven de Jongh, Roy Sentjens, Mathew Hayman, Jan Boven and Robert Bartko. During Holland’s only World Cup Classic – the Amstel Gold Race on April 18th – Michael Boogerd, Erik Dekker, Oscar Freire Gomez, Marc Wauters, Maarten den Bakker, Karsten Kroon, Bram de Groot and Marc Lotz will defend the colors of the Rabobank. On April 25th, Liège-Bastogne-Liège traditionally rings out the month of springtime classics. For the Rabobank Cycling Team Michael Boogerd, Erik Dekker, Oscar Freire Gomez, Maarten den Bakker, Marc Wauters, Levi Leipheimer, Bram de Groot and Marc Lotz will come into action.
