Ireland’s Philip Deignan has signed a deal that will put him on the RadioShack team in 2011, according to the cyclist’s current Cervélo TestTeam, which is operating in its final season.
The 27-year-old Deignan completed his first grand tour in 2007, when he finished 71st in the Vuelta a España. His biggest career win to date was a victory in the 18th stage of the 2009 Vuelta.
He also won the 2005 edition of the Tour du Doubs, a UCI category 1.1 single-day event that is part of the UCI Europe Tour and the French Cup.
