Reviewed: Panache women’s bib shorts
Panache uses a shorter inseam on its women’s bibs for a distinctly feminine look and feel. And to keep the already short shorts from riding up to the point of being too-short shorts, no-slip silicon grippers line the inside of the leg bands, holding everything in place without pulling uncomfortably on your thighs.
Panche’s Endurance 2 women’s specific chamois is light and comfortable for a barely noticeable feel. The thin but high-density foam provides ample cushioning for long rides without feeling like a diaper when you’re walking around off of the bike. It has a double-layer structure that helps expel moisture, keeping things dry on hot and humid rides.
Made with Panache’s breathable, compressive Power Lycra, the bibs provide muscular support as well as a smooth and soft feel against the skin. You won’t find any tags in these bibs either, which means no uncomfortable rubbing or chaffing from these prickly annoyances that seem to always be placed in the wrong spots.
If butterflies and roses aren’t your style, Panache also offers an assortment of colors and patterns like paisley, houndstooth, and stripes.
