The Avenir tour continues Friday with the 182.5km seventh stage from Gérardmer to Ornans. The hilly route features three third-category and one fourth-category climbs in the first 60km to spring breakaways. Two more rated climbs are sprinkled along the course before the final fourth-category, just ahead of a twisting, 8km descent to the line.
