Thibaut Pinot to make Tour de France debut with FDJ-Big Mat

Arnold Jeannesson, 14th last year, will miss the 2012 edition due to health issues.

PARIS (AFP) — Promising climber Thibaut Pinot will make his Tour de France debut this year with the FDJ-Big Mat team, which was announced on Sunday.

While Pinot makes the French outfit’s line-up there is no place for Arnold Jeannesson, 14th last year; he will miss the 2012 edition due to health issues.

The Tour de France starts in Liège on Saturday and runs until July 22.
