No Tour de France for Giro points champ Bouhanni

PARIS (AFP) — Nacer Bouhanni (FDJ.fr), who won three stages and the points classification at the recent Giro d’Italia, will not race in the Tour de France next month.
The 2012 French champion, whose contract is up at the end of the year, is not on the team’s 10-rider preliminary roster for the race scheduled for July 5-27.
FDJ.fr will be based around sprinter Arnaud Demare and climber Thibaut Pinot, team sporting director Marc Madiot confirmed.
