Rains on Wednesday evening forced the postponement of the semi-finaland final rounds of the women’s match sprint; the team pursuit finals andthe men’s kilometer final. Re-scheduled for this morning, those eventswere further delayed because of weather. Facing an already compressed trackschedule, officials decided to award the men’s team pursuit medals basedsoley on teams’ performances in the qualifying round, giving the gold medalto the Prime Alliance squad of Jame Carney, Colby Pearce, Mike Tillmanand Kenny Williams.

Women’s Sprint
The women’s semi-final and final sprint rounds have been moved to Thursdayevening. In the semi’s, Tanya Lindenmuth is scheduled to face off againstSuzanne Tignor and Sarah Uhl is slated to meet Jennie Reed. Lindenmuthhas won the last three national sprint titles, while Uhl is last year’sjunior title holder in the event. Reed, too, as won the national sprinttitle on two earlier occasions.

Men’s Match Sprint – Due to the weather, the top 12 men will advancefrom qualifying to the first round.
