Brad Huff (Jelly Belly-Kenda) won Friday’s Blue Dome Criterium, the kickoff to the three-day Tulsa Tough Ride & Race omnium, a National Racing Calendar event.
Huff proved quickest in a field sprint at the end of the 70-minute crit, out-kicking Chris DeMarchi (Amgen-Giant Masters) and Sean Mazich (Jelly Belly).
The 55-minute women’s race also boiled down to a bunch dash, with Amanda Miller (Tibco) prevailing over Jennifer Purcell and Laura Van Gilder (Mellow Mushroom).
Racing continues Saturday with the Brady Village Criterium and concludes Sunday with the Riverview Criterium.
