Howard tops Farrar at Trofeo Campos

Aussie tops Farrar in bunch sprint as Mallorca Challenge continues

Don't miss a moment from Paris-Roubaix and Unbound Gravel, to the Giro d’Italia, Tour de France, Vuelta a España, and everything in between when you join Outside+.

Leigh Howard (Orica-GreenEdge) won the Trofeo Campos in Mallorca, Spain, on Monday, topping Tyler Farrar (Garmin-Sharp) in a sprint. José Joaquin Rojas (Movistar) was third.

“It is great to repay the team for the faith they have put in me for the last two races. We are working really well together,” said Howard. “We are still getting used to each other. Three sprints in [to the season] and we have already won a race. It is fantastic. Hopefully there is more of this to come.”
