Tinkoff reveals 2016 kit

Team Tinkoff debuts an updated look for the coming season

Team Tinkoff unveiled its 2016 kit Saturday from Courchevel, France, and the new look sees changes in both color scheme and design.

Yellow still dominates the team kit, but last year’s bright blue is replaced by a “gray-blue” for 2016, most prominently on the shorts.

The yellow and gray-blue color scheme update extends to Tinkoff’s Specialized S-Works bikes as well.

Meanwhile, dropping Saxo Bank from the front of the jersey opens up room for a prominent Tinkoff Bank logo.

Peter Sagan also took the opportunity to debut his new look for 2016, highlighted, of course, by the rainbow jersey he acquired at worlds in Richmond in September. He appears to have decided on black shorts for the coming year after initially going with white shorts in the last few weeks of the 2015 season.
