Over the years, Neeben has distinguished herself as one of the world’s best road racers, twice winning France’s Tour de l’Aude. A former collegiate mountain bike racer, Neben made her road debut at the 1998 Hewlett Packard Women’s Challenge and earned a spot on the U.S. team for the world road championships that year.
