Conversations with Chris Carmichael, Lance Armstrong's Coach - Nov 14th, 2009


Chris Carmichael is personal coach to seven-time Tour de France Champion Lance Armstrong, and guided his recent return from retirement to the podium at the 2009 Tour de France. Chris was named US Olympic Committee Coach of the Year in 1999.

Meet Chris and hear him talk abou this coaching and cycling experiences. Also, he will be autographing copies of his latest book, The Time Crunched Cyclist: Fit, Fast and Powerful in Six Hours a Week, which will be on sale at the event.

A Free Fitness Expo (11:30am to 4pm) will offer information on the latest poroducts and services available for cycling, endurance sports, health and fitness.

Two sessions: Noon and 2pm, both followed by book signings
Cost is $20/session. Group discounts are available.

Proceeds will go the the Life Enhancement through Athletic and Academic Participation (LEAP) program that helps as-risk youth learn to succeed in school and in life through athletics and summer camps.
