    Biography

    A five-time Latvian champion (four time trial and one road) Belohvoščiks returned to the ProTour ranks after four seasons on continental and Division 2 teams. Belohvoščiks began his career as a pro in 1999, after finishing fourth at the World Championship Time-Trial in Treviso.
