Biography

Horner turned pro 1995 and scored a Tour DuPont stage win in 1996 for NutraFig. He then moved to French team Française des Jeux for the 1997 to 1999 seasons. He came back to the States to ride for Mercury in 2000, Prime Alliance in 2002, Saturn in 2003 and Webcor Builders in 2004. Horner returned to European racing with Saunier Duval and then Davitamon-Lotto, where, besides garnering his own results, his assisted teammate Cadel Evans to a second place overall at the 2007 Tour de France.
