Biography

Millar is part owner of the Slipstream team. He comes to the team with a solid record, having won three Tour de France stages, two Vuelta a España stages, and held the King of the Mountains jersey for a short time during the 2007 Tour de France. His career, however, has also been marked by a 2004 suspension for EPO. Millar quickly confessed, served his time and has since become an vocal campaigner against the use of drugs in sport.
