Biography

Baldwin's interest in cycling began early on and by the time he was 13, he was hanging out at the local bike shop. Encouraged by the staff at the shop and supported by his parents, he started racing. He credits mentors such as Nate Reiss for helping him develop, and says he’s inspired by other cycling vets like Scott Moninger who have managed to stay hungry and motivated throughout their long careers.
