Northwave introduces the Aerlite 3 road shoe, an evolution of the Aerator concept. As one of Northwave's top-shelf cycling shoes, the Aerlite 3 is designed for comfortable lightweight performance.
Its "web power cage" is a combination of materials that allows the foot to breathe and remain stable during perspiration-heavy rides. The foot is further stabilized by the "cat's tongue" fabric, which acts like a cat's tongue, or a one-way Velcro, allowing the foot to slide in easily while resisting removal. The Aerlite 3 takes support and stability a step further with the addition of a "Y" shaped heel cup.
Finally, the Aerlite 3 uses the "ST 8.4" three-layer carbon sole, which is designed for optimal weight and stiffness.
