Milram, Germany’s last remaining professional cycling team, announced its 25-strong squad for the 2009 season on Wednesday.

The team, which features 14 new recruits and 17 German riders, is the sole professional cycling outfit in Germany after the demise of Gerolsteiner.

Milram will be without retired sprint king Erik Zabel for the upcoming season but will be able to count on two great hopes in Gerald Ciolek and Linus Gerdemann.
