A portion of the revenue from sales of the special pink Kurt Kinetic trainer go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, a grassroots organization of breast cancer survivors, advocates and activists. The organization has pledged $2 billion in the next ten years to fight breast cancer.
Kurt Kinetic is donating a minimum of 7 percent of each trainer sold to a maximum donation of $15,000 for the limited run trainers. The Road Machine is Kurt Kinetic’s most popular and best selling trainer. It has a leak-proof, lifetime-guaranteed fluid resistance chamber filled with thermodynamically neutral medical grade silicone. The company says the resistance unit provides constant viscosity allowing repeatable, measurable training.
