Sunday's EuroFile: Arvesen wins Denmark; Bernabeu takes Portugal; Vino' claims Regio Tour; Piepoli repeats at Subida UrKiola
Arvesen wins Tour of Denmark
Norway’s Kurt-Asle Arvesen (CSC) won the Tour of Denmark on Sunday, finishing just two seconds ahead of German teammate Jens Voigt.
Arvesen overhauled Voight by taking three bonus seconds in the final 195km stage, which was won by France’s Jimmy Casper (Cofidis). Australia's Stuart O'Grady (Cofidis), winner of the fifth stage of last month's Tour de France, finished third overall.

Bernabeu triumphs in Portugal
Spaniard David Bernabeu (Milaneza-Maia) on Sunday won the 66th edition of the Tour of Portugal, finishing second in the 10th and final stage, a 31.3km individual time trial between Oeiras and Sintra, near Lisbon.
L.A. Pecolo teammates David Arroyo and Nuno Riberio finished second and third overall at 2:08 and 2:40, respectively.
Portugal’s Sergio Paulinho (L.A. Pecol) took the final stage, with Sergiy Matveyev (Margres-Ceramiche Panaria) third. American Thomas Danielson (Fassa Bortolo) was third on the day at 1:10.

Vinokourov wins Regio Tour
Alexandre Vinokourov (T-Mobile) won the Regio Tour on Sunday after finishing safely in the bunch behind final-stage winner Nicolas Vogondy (Fdjeux.com).
Vogondy proved fastest of a six-man break, crossing ahead of Crédit Agricole teammates Stephane Augé and Geoffroy Lequatre at the end of the final stage, a 177.1 km run between Herbolzheim and Vogtsburg.
Vinokourov, 30, who missed the Tour de France with a shoulder injury and instead spent his time training in Kazakhstan, is now looking forward to the Athens Olympics.
"My form is good and I want to win a medal in the Games", he said.

Piepoli repeats at Subida UrKiola
Italian Leonardo Piepoli (Saunier Duval) won the Subida UrKiola on Sunday, a 160.6km race around Durango in the north Basque Country.
The Italian crossed ahead of compatriot Francesco Casagrande (Lampre) and Spaniard Carlos Garcia Quesada (Comunidad Valencia-Kelme)
It was Piepoli’s fourth victory here, following wins in 1995, 1999 and 2003.
