Video: SRAM eTap installation process

SRAM’s tech team stopped by the VeloNews office this week and brought eTap along for a full installation demo. Launched in August 2015, SRAM’s highly anticipated wireless electronic group will be offered on a few 2016 bikes, including those from Specialized, Canyon, Felt, Focus, and Pinarello.

While claims of five-minute installations have been made, SRAM’s head tech, Nate Newton, says to expect installation to take 10-15 minutes.

We installed SRAM’s Red 22 eTap on the new Specialized S-Works Tarmac and captured the full step-by-step installation process with VeloNews tech editor, Dan Cavallari.
