It’s not taking long for riders and teams to make moves with new transfer limit bumped back to August 1.

RadioShack is looking to keep its core unit of riders in house going into 2012, with Andreas Klöden looking to stay with the U.S.-registered team for two more seasons.

“I am glad to be part of Team RadioShack for another two years,” Klöden wrote on his Twitter page Monday. “I feel very comfortable and hope for many good races in the coming years.”

The 36-year-old German joined RadioShack in 2010 and enjoyed one of his finest seasons this year, winning time trials at the Criterium International and Giro del Trentino as well as a stage and second overall at Paris-Nice.

He repeated at the Tour of the Basque Country 11 years after his first win there, but abandoned the 2011 Tour de France after crashing twice in the second week.

Chris Horner and Janez Brajkovic are also expected to stay with RadioShack.
